Policies
Return Policy
Due to orders being Custom and Tailored to our customers’ needs, we do not accept Returns of any kinds. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes to length, quantity, or color/material of the order. Accessories are subject to returns but will incur a 35% Restocking Fee; i.e. Screws, Foam Closures, Butyl Tape, and Caulking Tubes.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is paid for, you will be unable to cancel it.
Unless agreed upon at the owner’s discretion, certain orders may be subject to a 35% Restocking Fee upon cancellation of Custom Orders.
Warranty
Prime Materials are subject to a 40 Year Manufacture Warranty from our suppliers. Secondary Materials are subject to no Warranty whatsoever. Make sure to inspect materials, since once secondary materials leave our warehouse, TSM Enterprises will not be responsible for any damage/rust incurred. Keep galvalume materials stored in a dry area, covered, and away from wet surfaces/surroundings, as material can dull or turn spotty when it is stacked and wet.
Installation Projects will be subject to Workmanship Warranty upon the terms agreed by both, the client and TSM Enterprises.
Deliveries
TSM Enterprises is not responsible for unloading materials upon arrival to the destination/jobsite. Please coordinate to have people help you unload, or machinery to do it for you. Upon arrival on the agreed date and time, there will be a 30-minute window to answer our driver. If no one is available after the 30 minutes are up, our driver will return to the warehouse with your material and there will be no refund of
delivery surcharge. Likewise, if there is no one to help you unload the materials, we will wait 30 minutes for additional help before returning to the warehouse.
